CELEBRATING 100 YEARS OF SCOUTING JULY 30-31 & AUGUST 1, 2010 Dear Friends, I would like to invite you and your Scouting family to join us on the afternoon of Saturday, July 31, in TIMES SQUARE, New York as the entire NYC Scouting family – past, present and future – celebrates 100 years of Scouting. You will be able to take part in a special New York City-style show and the nationwide broadcast of “A Shining Light Across America” from the National Scout Jamboree. We invite you to visit New York City and its numerous attractions the weekend of July 30th – August 1st and enjoy special access and discounts for the whole Scouting Family at Museums, Ballparks, Restaurants, City Parks and more.
