Pinewood Derby – Kings Plaza

Scout Leaders,

Thanks again to all of you who participated in this years Pinewood Derby. As you all know, the Pinewood Derby is one of the absolute highlights of the Scouting year, and Scouting Spirit was at an all-time high. We had over 200 registered racers for the event, and made a big splash over at Kings Plaza Mall, with many mall patron’s stopping by to see what all the buzz was about. I want to take this time to recognize Kevin Hellebusch, Mike Matarazzo, Robbie and Melody, Jack Walsh, Chris Dono, Dave Turner, and all the other parents and volunteers who made this event a huge win for the kids of Brooklyn Scouting.
